Today we have an important announcement to make. As you can read on the title, The Daily Fandom has a new administrator!

Uve, the original creator of The Daily Fandom, has been running the site since January 2014. Due to a mix of personal and professional circumstances, Uve has realized that resigning as the administrator was the best decision for both the website and herself. She’s not going anywhere, though! Uve will still contribute content now and then, especially with anime and other things that catch her eye.

Welcome, Shareca!

The Daily Fandom is now at the hands of Shareca. Shareca has been working for us as an editor since January 2017. She’s always been very passionate not only about fandom but also about TDF in particular and its focus on the fan aspect of things. From now on, Shareca will be running the site, social media, newsletter, as well as the email account. And we’re sure she will do an outstanding job!

Changes on the Youtube Channel

Similarly, TC Robson will also be stepping down from the Youtube channel indefinitely. She will still do some things like covering cons now and then, but TDF Gaming will be gone. You will still be able to find her and follow her gaming adventures over at the Rogues & Roleplayers channel. You can learn more about the state of the Youtube channel and TC’s future plans here:

How will all of this change The Daily Fandom?

Aside from stopping TDF Gaming, you should not be noticing many more changes. The Daily Fandom will be taking the following weeks for Shareca to adjust and get used to the routine, but everything should go back to normal soon. Even if there’s any future updates or changes, you will be notified as usual. We recommend following us on our Twitter account, as that’s where we usually post all of our updates.

Writers Wanted!

We are always welcoming new members to our family, but now it’s more than ever! Shareca will need help with content creation, so we are open to anything from sporadic collaborators to long-term staff members, social media managers, as well as Youtube content creators.
