The CW announced today that every show from its fall lineup will return for another season in fall 2015. So – good news – your favorites are safe! This television season thus far has been memorable to say the least – with events such as a milestone 200th episode for tried-and-true Supernatural, and a compelling crossover between superhero epics Arrow and newbie to the genre The Flash. Vampire Diaries spinoff The Originals shows promise in its own right as it is renewed for a third season, a point not many spinoffs reach, and the hit newcomer Jane the Virgin gives representation to both the hispanic and female parts of the network’s viewership, addressing issues that not many of the network’s shows to date have dared to discuss.
Here’s a look at the shows returning to the CW next fall:
“Spoiled billionaire playboy Oliver Queen is missing and presumed dead when his yacht is lost at sea. He returns five years later a changed man, determined to clean up the city as a hooded vigilante armed with a bow.”
“A young, devout woman discovers that she was accidentally artificially inseminated.”
“Chronicles the rise to power of Mary Queen of Scots when she arrives in France as a 15-year-old, betrothed to Prince Francis, and with her four best friends as ladies-in-waiting. It details the secret history of survival at French Court amidst fierce foes, dark forces, and a world of sexual intrigue.”
“Two brothers follow their father’s footsteps as “hunters” fighting evil supernatural beings of many kinds including monsters, demons, and gods that roam the earth.”
“Set 97 years after a nuclear war has destroyed civilization, when a spaceship housing humanity’s lone survivors sends 100 juvenile delinquents back to Earth in hopes of possibly re-populating the planet.”
“Barry Allen wakes up 9 months after he was struck by lightning and discovers that the bolt gave him the power of super speed. With his new team and powers, Barry becomes “The Flash” and fights crime in Central City.”
“Many years ago, an original family of vampires lived in the city of New Orleans where they lived happily. However, all has changed and it’s up to them to take back what they built.”
The Vampire Diaries
“A teenage girl is torn between two vampire brothers.”

The full CW fall lineup will finish out this season beginning in January, and will return again to screens worldwide in the fall of 2015.
