Game of Thrones Convention ‘Con of Thrones’ Coming in 2017

The very active fan community Watchers on the Wall has announced that it will organize a convention dedicated to A Song of Ice and Fire and Game of ThronesCon of Thrones. The convention will take place on June 30th, 2017 in Nashville, TN.

Watchers on the Wall describe the event as “a celebration of all George R.R. Martin has given to the world, and what HBO and we the people have created because of it.” No sectarianism here, it won’t be an event dedicated to just one media or the other, but a celebration of the whole Game of Thrones universe. So far, the only precise thing we know is that it will be on a weekend. Watchers on the Wall has not revealed more information, for everything is still being prepared. However, the community has promised more news over the summer and the Con of Thrones’ website will launch in July at You can also follow the Con of Thrones Twitter account. Of course, we will keep you updated on the latest news of this exceptional event!

Two other Game of Thrones-related conventions are Ice and Fire Con and Throne Con.

If you are feeling like going, get ready to book your tickets! The Daily Fandom team certainly will!
