‘Tokyo Ghoul: Pinto’ OVA to Come Out on December 25th


Sueisha‘s Young Jump magazine recently announced that a new Tokyo Ghoul OVA will come out on December 25th. The episode will be titled Tokyo Ghoul: Pinto. This OVA will adapt the third story in the Tokyo Ghoul: Hibi novel when Shuu Tsukiyama and Chie Hori met. Studio Pierrot will be the animation studio in charge. As per the voice actors, so far only Mamoru Miyano has been confirmed as Shuu Tsukiyama.

The magazine also announced that the Tokyo Ghoul: Jack OVA will receive a limited engagement in select theaters in Japan from September 5 to September 18 (Tokyo, Kanagawa, Saitama, Nagoya, Osaka, Hyōgo and Fukuoka).

The second season of Tokyo Ghoul, Tokyo Ghoul √A, finished last March. Both seasons have been licensed by Funimation for streaming and home video distribution in North America.
