Doctor Who’s TARDIS Studio Set Returns

This Christmas, as part of the Doctor Who Experience, the BBC is taking Whovians behind the scenes into the BBC Wales studio to visit the TARDIS studio set.

After Season 9 and the upcoming Christmas episode have been wrapped up, now it’s the perfect opportunity to visit the set. Situated in the adjacent BBC Roath Lock Studios, where the series is shot, a visit to this unique 360 degree set means stepping into the TARDIS itself. If you ever dreamed about opening the doors of the TARDIS like the Doctor and his companions have done many times before, this is your chance!

Tours will be running from Wednesday 9th December through to Sunday 3rd January. Tickets will go on advance sale on Thursday 3rd December on the Doctor Who Experience website and on 0844 801 2279 (calls cost 7p per minute plus your network access charges). Existing ticket holders for dates across this period will be able to upgrade their tickets via these same channels. Tickets are also available from the Doctor Who Experience Box Office from Wednesday 9th December, subject to availability.

(Make sure to check seasonal opening times during this period as on some days the Doctor Who Experience will be closed!)
