No. This is not one of those thousand parody videos of the popular anime Attack on Titan. This is real. Production I.G. announced that the Attack on Titan: Junior High parody manga series is actually getting an anime spin-off with the opening of its own website.
The original on-going manga is written and illustrated by Saki Nakagawa. The manga started being published in April 2012 and three volumes have been released so far. Attack on Titan: Junior High reimagines the series with the main characters as kids in junior high, with a more comedic and lighter tone.
“The story follows Eren Yeager and Mikasa Ackerman entering Titan Jr. High, a school where humans and Titans study in the same area in coexistence. Because of a “traumatic” event, where the Colossal Titan ate his lunch back in middle school, Eren hates the Titans, and is constantly trying to find a way to rid the earth of their kind. Because of this, he has a hard time making friends, much to Mikasa’s worry”. (shingekinokyojin.wikia)
The spin-off will feature the same voice actors as the original series. The spin-off will premiere on MBS and other stations in October.

UPDATE: According to AnimeNewsNetwork, the series will start airing on MBS and Tokyo MX on October 3rd. Opening theme song will be Linked Horizon, same band that created the popular first two openings of Attack on Titan Season 1.
